1. Where can I get the game?

You can download Number Rumble for free from Apple AppStore or from Google Play Store (During soft launch, only available in Indonesia, Philippines, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, and India). We will have a Facebook ( PC ) version available soon also.

2. What is a “Math IQ”? How do I increase my Math IQ?

Math IQ is a rating points based on your performance on the online battle in Number Rumble. We use Math IQ as a matchmaking rating to make sure you will find an on par opponent in the battle most of the time. You can increase your Math IQ by winning an online battle match.

3. How to increase my stats?

You can increase your stats by keep playing the game. Try your best to answer each problems as fast and as accurate as possible.

4. How to earn Gems in Number Rumble?

You can earn gems using these methods :

• Buy them using in app purchases

• Get gems for free by watching rewarded videos ( time and amount limited )

• Win a league. Different amount for each league.

• Reward from winning an online battle

• Level up bonus

• Collect letters and create words to claim gems for free

• Achievement rewards

5. How to earn Coins in Number Rumble?

You can earn coins using these methods :

• Exchange your gems with an amount of coins in the shop

6. What is the function of letter blocks in Number Rumble?

You can claim free items from the shop if you managed to create certain words using the letter blocks you collect. To see the words or what items that you can claim, go to the FREE tab in the shop.

7. What is the function of Treasure Chest in Number Rumble? How do I open it?

You can collect letter blocks from opening a treasure chest. To open your treasure chest simply tap on the chest and it will unlocked and reveal the letter blocks inside. You can access your previously collected chests from your inventory.

8. How to play a multiplayer battle?

To join a multiplayer battle, just tap the ONLINE BATTLE button on the battle screen. Make sure you have enough brain potion because you need atleast 1 brain potion to join an online battle.

9. How do I unlock the next minigames tier?

All you need to do is to level up! Play in online battles to gather experience points so you can level up.

​

10. Can I play the minigames from a certain tier even though they’re still locked?

No you can’t. You need to first unlock them by leveling up.

​

11. How do I change the emoticons that I can use on the battle?

Go to the MENU screen and just tap the CHANGE EMOTICON button.

12. How do I get a new emoticon?

You can purchase new emoticons in the SHOP using your gems.

​

13. What is the Book of Champs?

The Book of Champs contain a list of previous league winners. To access the Book of Champs just go to the MENU screen.

 

14. How do I change the language?

Go to the MENU screen and tap the LANGUAGE button until you found a language that you prefer to use.

15. How do I change my profile picture?

If you are connected using Facebook, your profile picture is the same picture you use on your Facebook profile. So if you want to change them, simply change your Facebook profile picture. If you aren’t connected to Facebook, you can choose your avatar using some of our default avatars. To change avatar just tap your profile picture on the top left in the main screen, and then tap the EDIT PROFILE button. You can also edit your profile by tapping the EDIT PROFILE button in the MENU screen.

16. What is a league pass?

With a league pass you can join and replay a league for an unlimited times as long as the pass doesn’t expired. Every league have their own league pass. A league pass duration is 1 hour. You can get a league pass with a purchase using coins in the league screen. You can also purchase a pass in the SHOP. There is also an option to get an Unlimited League Pass that you can use on any league with no time limit.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. The game keep freezing, Help me!

Try to restart the device. You can also try to reinstall the game. If any of those don’t help, please contact us on info@game5mobile.com.

2. How do I mute the game?

Go to the MENU screen and tap the SOUND button to switch between mute and unmute.

​

3. Can i change my username and Profile Picture?

Go to the MENU screen and then tap the EDIT PROFILE button to access your edit profile page. In this screen you can change your username by entering a new string to the nickname field. If you’re connected using Facebook, you can change your profile picture by changing your Facebook profile picture. If you’re not connected using Facebook you can choose any avatars from our set of default avatars as your profile picture.

4. I want to disconnect the game from my Facebook account, how do I do that?

Go to the MENU screen and then tap EDIT PROFILE. On the edit profile page, just tap the DISCONNECT button. But beware, you might lose your progress if you are disconnected from Facebook.

5. I found a bug in game how i report that?

You can send bug report, violation or anything related to the game to info@game5mobile.com

6. My friend challenged me but I don't see anything in the game, why?

         Make sure you check your internet connection.

         For iOS users, first you need to make sure that your notification is turned on. If you received a challenged while the            game is minimized, click on the notification message to accept the challenge. 

 

ACCOUNT

1. Do I need Facebook to play the game?

No you don't. You can always login as a guest. But with Facebook you'll get a ton of benefits. Your data will be save and always synced in case something happened or you switch devices.

2. How do I login with Facebook?

There is an option to login with Facebook the first time you installed the game. You can do this later by going to the EDIT PROFILE page from the MENU screen.

​

3. I have two devices but i want to use the same account. Can I do that?

Yes. Just use the same Facebook account on both devices and the progress will be synchronized

​

4. How to keep my data save?

To keep your data save, all you have to do is to connect the game using Facebook.

​

5. I bought a new phone, and i want to continue playing the game, but i don’t want to login with Facebook. How can I get my data back?

You can’t. To retrieve your old data, you need to use the same Facebook account.

​

6. Can I play in iOS, Android and Facebook using the same account?

Yes you can. Just make sure you use the same Facebook account on all platforms.

PURCHASE

​

1. I bought so many gems, will I lose them if I’m using a new device?

No you won’t as long as you are using the same Facebook account as your old device.

​

2. Can I exchange gems into coins?

Yes you can. Just go to the SHOP to exchange gems into coins.

​

3. How to redeem a bonus code ?

The redeem feature is only available on the Android and Facebook version. To redeem just go to the SHOP and tap the REDEEM button. Due to the Apple restriction policy, iOS users can use the redeem feature by login with an android device or using the Facebook version.

1. Someone is bothering me, Can i report or Block them?

You can report any unwanted activities or behavior from a certain account using the REPORT function. To report someone, just go to their profile page and tap the THREE DOTS button on the top right and then tap REPORT.

3. How to message friend in Number Rumble?

You can send message to your friends by using our in game chat feature in the FRIENDS screen

4. I can’t seem to send nor accept any friendly challenge. How do do fix this?

Make sure both you and your friend have turned on the notification on your devices .

• You can turn on this feature by going to the MENU screen and then tap the NOTIFICATION button.

• For iOS users, if you can’t find the NOTIFICATION button on the MENU screen, just go to your device’s setting and turn on the notification for Number Rumble there.
